Getting started at District One is simple. Book your 1:1 assessment, then choose between our 6-week Body Composition program to fast-track fat loss and fitness, or our 12-week Intro to Strength program to build power, confidence, and technique. Both options can be done 1:1 or as part of our small-group training, and are designed to deliver maximum results in the shortest time possible.
